Narjis Collection offers products under both the Narjis Collection and Embroidery Elegance brands. These Terms of Service apply to all products and services available through this website unless otherwise stated.

Our website offers a range of scarves, apparel, embroidered items, accessories, and other products from Narjis Collection and Embroidery Elegance.

Many Embroidery Elegance products are handmade and made to order. As a result, slight variations in embroidery placement, stitching, thread colour, fabric texture, and sizing may occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered faults.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including product selection, sizing, personalisation (where applicable), shipping address, and contact details.

Once an order has entered production or processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Production & Shipping

Embroidery Elegance embroidered items are made to order and generally require 5–10 business days for production. Production times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping timeframes are separate from production times and depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control may occur.

5. Urgent Orders

Customers requiring embroidered items by a specific date should select the Urgent Order option during checkout and pay the applicable urgent order fee.

Urgent orders are prioritised ahead of standard production. Orders placed without this service will be completed within our standard production timeframe.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

As embroidered items are made to order, change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not available. If an embroidered item or scarf arrives with a manufacturing fault or workmanship issue, please contact us promptly so we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, embroidery designs, product photographs, website content, graphics, branding, and other intellectual property belonging to Narjis Collection and Embroidery Elegance remain the property of their respective owners.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narjis Collection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.
