All embroidered items are made to order to ensure the highest quality and care.

🧵 Production Time

• Embroidered orders require approximately 5–10 business days to be completed, depending on the item and current order volume.
• Production times may be longer during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

📦 Shipping

• Once your order has been completed, it will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible.
• Shipping timeframes are in addition to the production time listed above.

🛍️ Pickup Orders
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Pickup is available from Guildford.

⚡ Need Your Order Urgently?
If you require your embroidered order by a specific date, please select the Urgent Order option at checkout and pay the applicable urgent order fee. This allows us to prioritise your order. If the urgent option is not selected, your order will be processed within our standard production timeframe.
